Australia Christmas Delivery Information:

We are closed weekends and public holidays, but we are packing and dispatching orders as usual for all normal working days during the Christmas and New Year period and beyond!

As well as weekends, ATMS is closed on the below public holidays:

Thursday 25th Dec - Christmas Day Friday 26th Dec - Boxing Day Thursday 1st Jan - New Years Day Friday 2nd Jan - Day After New Years Day

Please note all above dates and times are NZDT.

You can place orders at any time, but they won't be dispatched until the next working day at the earliest. Please expect delays for dispatch after both closure periods due to order backlog.

We recommend adding Priority Dispatch ($10) to your order if you would like to ensure fast dispatch - you can do this when checking out.

Christmas order cut off dates:

Please note: Some locations will flag in checkout if they require extra time to be delivered.

Economy delivery ($9.95):

Delivery time depends on which postcode you are in and will show a close estimate when you select your shipping option in check out. Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth metro, as well as ACT, NSW, QLD and VIC urban estimate is 2-5 business days, so we recommend getting these orders in by 2pm Wednesday 17th December. TAS, SA, the rest of WA and Australia are all up to 8 business days delivery so the cut off period starts at Friday 12th December for these.

Express Delivery ($14.95):

We recommend placing orders by 10am Friday 19th December when selecting our express service. Similar to above, SA, TAS, NT, some of WA and remote areas will take an additional estimated 2-3 business days to be delivered. This service does not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

Discreet Shipping

We do not put any signage or logos on our packaging so no one, not even the courier, will know what you have purchased.

If you are sending a gift directly to the receiver, no need to worry! There will not be any invoices or pricing shown in the parcel. We also now offer gift wrapping and custom message cards which you can add to your order during checkout, so don't forget to add some Christmas cheer to any gifts you're sending!
