Orders placed

• After Thursday 20th (3pm) December 2018 – will be delivered after Christmas, on standard courier timeframes.

We are open and dispatching parcels throughout the Christmas and New Year period (excluding statutory holidays and weekends!)

ATMS Australia Delivery Information

We deliver Australia-wide with discreet and secure services using DHL.

DHL Express Delivery – $10

Delivery timeframes for Express orders:

• Next working day – Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra
• 2 working days – Perth
• 2-3 working days – Remote delivery address.

Things you need to know:

• Cut-off time for overnight delivery is 1.30pm (AEST). Please note: if there is a high number of orders in the queue, ordering before the cut-off time will not guarantee next day delivery of your parcel. If you need your items by a specific date please order as early as possible to prevent disappointment.
• Orders received after this cut off time will be dispatched the next business day.
• If a PO box address or parcel locker is selected the item may take longer to arrive. Tracking is also limited, as once we have handed this to the Post Agent/Office then scans can be delayed.
• Option for signature or non signature delivery available at checkout.
• We will send you a courier tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email – so you can track your parcel every step of the way.
• Any orders that are ineligible for Express Delivery due to exceeding size or weight metrics will be shown this information at the checkout. If this is the case, your parcel may take an extra 3-4 business days to arrive.

DHL Express On Demand Delivery (ODD) - $10

This is a new DHL Express service designed to give you more control around the delivery of your parcel.

The ODD service proactively keeps you updated with your parcel's whereabouts, and gives you the power to change your delivery details on the fly.

All eligable customers will be automatically upgraded to the DHL On Demand Delivery service and will receive an email from DHL to confirm this. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions included in the email.

Please note: If you make changes to your delivery address once it has been dispatched, Adulttoymegastore is not liable for your parcel as changes made will be between you and DHL, therefore please only make changes to your delivery information if absolutely necessary.

Australia Post Delivery for oversized parcels

If your parcel is oversized it will be shipped via Australia Post. You will be notified at checkout if your item is oversized.

Please note: Australia Post takes between 3-7 business days.

Discreet Shipping

We aim to maintain full discretion throughout the whole delivery process and you can rest assured that your item will arrive in an unmarked courier bag, or unmarked box.

We do not put any signage or logos on our packaging so no one, not even the courier, will know what you have purchased.

Returns

In the rare event that you need to return an item to us, simply contact Sophie at info@adulttoymegastore.com.au and she will discuss the next steps. Our warehouse is located in Strawberry Hills, Australia.
