I need to get better at using the legal ball set more regularly - but when I do I notice the difference really quickly. I dont have the best bladder at times and this helps strengthen them in a ahirt space of time. I dont get the 'pleasurable tingles' some talk about when walking around, but I do use them sometimes while using the satisfyer which gives my something to clench while climaxing - love it.
