This thing takes hands free prostate stimulation to a whole new level with it's rotating head and vibrations. Rubs the prostate in just the right ways and the different vibration patterns help provide just the right amount of stimulation so it can be either really intense or low enough to not take away feeling. Also nice to have the remote so you don't have to fiddle with the buttons on the base of the toy. If you're new to butt play it's probably not wise to get this as it is on the slightly bigger size but otherwise this is a must have
