Not really sure what we were expecting but when we got this we were a little unimpressed by the quality, get what you pay for I guess. The material on the squeeze part of the cleaner is great to grip while you complete your duties, so there is no worries of dropping it while doing it. Its very easy to clean (I used the foaming toy cleaner) and it does the trick great.
