I would not recommend these plugs to someone. The sizing and material is what I expected, but the gem at the base is not secured, just tension fit. If you use these plugs for any rough play or long (more than just in the moment) wear, the gem will unseat in the plug and either fall out or shift and pinch. I have concerns that if the gem falls out the plug might get lost, it hasn't happened yet, but it prevents me from getting the full use of this toy.

The quality of these plugs is great, they feel smooth and are easy to insert. Quite comfortable for long term wear. Take care when using them during sex though, my wife and I had an incident where the medium plug got "sucked in". I'm sure this was due to a combination of factors but I just thought I would mention it. It was easy enough to remove.
