I really like these as an extra if I think Iβm going to need quite a bit of lube for whatever Iβm going to be taking. I ended up using 2 capsules at a time to ensure I was well lubed. Itβs also a good idea to lube up the capsules first as they can be a little awkward to insert when dry. Overall satisfied with the product.
