Thanks for your awesome support and lovely messages during this time. Since 16 March all Adulttoymegastore staff have been working from home.
As a retailer for products deemed essential for the health and safety of New Zealanders, we will continue to distribute through our distribution partner which has authority to operate.
Adulttoymegastore is one of the only New Zealand suppliers for many items such as latex free condoms, specialised lubricants and oral dams.
Adulttoymegastore also supplies items which are in low supply such as menstrual products, sanitizer, condoms and lubricant.
Can I still order?
Yes you can. We are grateful to be able to continue to supply people around the world with essential sexual wellness products like condoms, lubricant, menstrual products and batteries.
Are you still shipping orders?
Yes. Your orders are still being processed by the Adulttoymegastore team remotely. Your order will be dispatched through a distribution centre which has been given clearance to operate during the New Zealand nationwide level 4 lockdown by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
About the distribution centre we are using
The distribution centre we use is a Medsafe registered distributor of condoms in New Zealand to Pharmacies and end users through online retailers. The distribution centre we are using has clearance from the Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment to operate with strict hygiene protocols in place including reduced staffing, limited physical interaction between staff, and split-shifts. The distribution centre is a closed to the public.
Our distribution centre ships Adulttoymegastore orders through New Zealand Post with contactless delivery measures in place.
Will there be any delays with my order?
Yes. Distribution services have strict self-isolation protocols in place and therefore there may be a delay in your order. Hopefully this dispatch delay will be no more than a maximum of 48 hours, but this cannot be guaranteed. As usual, when your order has been picked, packed and collected, you will receive a tracking reference from them.
You will receive your parcel, thank you for being patient.
Please note couriers may also have delays within their network.
How do I get hold of customer service?
If you need to contact our ATMS customer care team of Sophie and Georgia, please do this through email on firstname.lastname@example.org. They are working remotely from home and will do their best to respond to your queries within 24 to 48 hours.
