Really nice feel to them but unfortunately these were way to heavy for me to start out with so will try some much lighter ones first. Have had 2 kids and pelvic floor is pretty weak.
For a serious kegal workout.
This was the heaviest I could find, and the easiest to clean. Noticed a difference in the first week just wearing for short periods. Haven't worn out of the house yet because I'm bound to drop it somewhere public, but working towards being strong enough to.
feels nice and quite heavy - string a little tricky because it can stretch but is still easy to get out.
