Digital Games Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every digital game sold by Adulttoymegastore ("ATMS", "we", "us") – games you play in your web browser, now and in the future. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy. By buying or playing an ATMS digital game, you agree to these terms.

1. Adults only

Our digital games contain sexual content and are for adults aged 18 and over. Everyone taking part in a game must be 18 or over and a willing participant.

2. What you're buying

When you buy a game, you get a personal, non-transferable right to play it online through our website, for your own private, non-commercial use.
You don't buy the game itself. Everything in our games – the words, prompts, artwork, design, sound and code – belongs to ATMS or the people we license it from.
Please don't copy, sell, resell, publish, record for commercial use, or try to take apart any part of a game.

3. How you play

There's nothing to download and nothing is posted to you. Games play in your web browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
You'll need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Some games use 3D graphics and work best on newer devices; older devices may get a simpler version.
After you buy a game, we'll email you a link to play it. If your email address belongs to an ATMS account, the game will also be in the Games section of your account.
Your play link is your personal key to the game, so please keep it private. If you lose it, contact our customer care team and we'll help.

4. One copy per customer

Each game can be bought once per customer. If you already own a game, you won't be able to buy it again, and only one copy can be bought per order.

5. Price and promotions

You pay the price shown when you buy. As nothing is posted, there's no shipping charge on a digital game.
Voucher codes and promotions can be used on digital games unless a promotion's own terms say otherwise.
Digital games earn loyalty the same way as other products.

6. We keep improving our games

Our games are living products. We may update, add to or change a game's content (such as its words, prompts, cards or dares), its features, its design and sound, and how it plays – for example to fix problems, keep it fresh or make it better.
Updates happen automatically, so you'll always play the latest version.
We won't take away the core game you bought – a game will keep doing what it was described as doing when you bought it.

7. Availability

We aim to keep our games available at all times, but we can't promise they'll never be interrupted – for example during maintenance or updates, or because of problems outside our control, such as your internet connection or device.
If we ever stop offering a game you've bought, we'll give you reasonable notice where we can and a refund of the price you paid if you bought it within the previous 12 months.

8. When we may remove access

We may suspend or remove access to a game, or replace your play link with a new one, if:

the payment for it is refunded, reversed or charged back;
your play link has been shared publicly or with people outside your household;
we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or
these terms are broken.

9. Refunds

Digital games are unlocked straight away, so we don't offer refunds for a change of mind once a game has been unlocked.
If a game doesn't work as described, or has a fault we can't fix, contact our customer care team and we'll put it right – by fixing it, restoring your access or refunding you.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 in New Zealand, and the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Play safely and with consent

Everything a game suggests is just a suggestion, never an instruction. Only do what everyone playing is comfortable with – anyone can skip a turn or stop the game at any time.
Don't play with anyone who can't freely consent, including anyone who is intoxicated or under 18.
Practise safer sex and good hygiene, and use products as their instructions say.
Our games are for fun and aren't medical, health or relationship advice. If you have concerns about your health, talk to a health professional.
To the extent the law allows, how you play is your responsibility.

11. Privacy

We don't ask for, or store, the names you enter in a game – they stay on your screen while you play.
We record when our games are played, and keep anonymous totals of what happens in them (such as which prompts come up most). These are never linked to you, and help us look after and improve our games.
Your purchase details are handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and we'll let you know about any significant changes where we reasonably can.
