Does exactly what you would expect, quality is excellent. Highly recommended

I'm 6'3" and my wife is 5', so we've run into a fair bit of trouble with various positions. We've been eyeing this combo for a long time, and decided to invest in it after trying every conceivable combination of bed- and couch-cushion. Totally worth the money!

The foam is very sturdy without being uncomfortably hard, and the fabric keeps the pillows (and you!) from slipping around, so once they're in place, you're good to go. They're also easy to flip around mid-session if you fancy a different position. My wife finds them very comfortable to lie upon, on her back or stomach, and they give her the height boost we frequently find we need to make everything line up. They've been an invaluable addition to our sex lives
