Bringing your partner, new or old, home for the holidays can be a stressful and nerve-wracking endeavour. Maybe you haven't introduced them to your family yet, or their holiday traditions are completely different to your own. Or maybe you're worried about where you'll be able to get down and dirty for a bit of holiday spirit?
With grandma in the next room and someone's kids racing down the hall, it can be hard to find a little peace and quiet amid the Christmas chaos. But all it takes is a bit of creativity and willingness from you and your partner for a little holiday magic!
Basement
Okay, this might not be the most glamorous place to do the deed, but if your family home has a basement, then it could be the perfect escape. Grab some pillows and blankets, light a candle or two, and you've got your own romantic getaway!
