I Workout! Having More Sex Will Make You a Better Athlete
As if we needed another reason to have more sex. Well here's one anyway! Having frequent sex can make you a better athlete!
The study was brought to our attention by sex toy company Adam & Eve who went into collaboration with Olympic Coach Dr. Mike Young, in which they monitored the sex and masturbation of 21 national college athletes and tested them on their speed, strength and agility.
The results showed that the more sex the athletes had, the faster they ran, the higher they jumped, and the stronger they were overall.
You might be thinking of course sex makes you stronger, all that thrusting is sure to build up some stamina. But interestingly enough, masturbating led to a notable increase in athletic performance, more so then sex! I guess it doesn't. It's only for your own good of course!
