im still getting used to it - you need to hold it reasonably still while using it, so it is unlike any other toy I have ever used. My orgasm built very slowly but when it hit, it was THE most intense clitoral orgasm I have ever had.

Ridiculous name, great device..
It stimulates using air based pulsations instead of typical vibrations. It's a novel point of difference, and it's quickly taken a top spot in my drawer!
