I also purchased the hair net which really helps to keep the wig in place. The color is blacker than it looks in the pic and does need some work at the start to get the hair looking more realistic (only because its been sitting flat in a box) but ultimately its pretty good for the price and is good enough for the job. I'll be buying more colors to add to my wardrobe, my man loved the changed in look, it really spiced up my sexy outfit.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
