I do like it but the weight of it makes it tend to slide down and hang a lot of pressure on the testicles so it kinda needs a belt to hold it up and to keep everything inside really

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
