Bit of an odd one - sizing may not fit most. I would consider myself pretty average. Consists of 2 rings - the larger ring was too large for the base of my shaft and too small to fit around my testicles. The smaller ring was a snug fit at the tip of my penis, when I got going if definitely worked but got too tight. I would personally recommend (now having purchase this item) go for the other slightly more expensive penis bands.... they look adjustable so will do a bit more research into them before purchasing.... The sensation from the smaller ring was pretty good so i do look forward to trying bands eventually.
