How to use the PISSHOSE:
Liberally lubricate PISSHOSE and tip of penis with you favourite water-base or hybrid oil lubricant. Once well lubricated, slowly insert aluminium plug into tip of penis. Take it slowly and do not force. Run the tube into desired area. Attach Oxballβs smooth hollow aluminium buttplug, or CHOMP gag to end of PISSHOLE if desired.
