this is an excellent 100% rubber open mouth gag. the mouth piece is made of heavy rubber keeping the mouth from closing. the hole is a whopping 1.25" in diameter and protrudes 1" into the mouth.

Good product, does what it says, however, he manages to get his tongue under the back and can flip it out of his mouth as the strap is very stretchy rubber.
On a positive note, it fits in down there perfectly so once im in place he cant flip it out!!
