If you are sick of purchasing nipple clamps which don't really bite, try these nipple vises. Some people spell them vices, apparently either is acceptable. These little contraptions can be tightened as tight as you like and are able to really squeeze. They also have a quick release safety function which releases them when unhooked. When my partner cropped my nipples with the vises on, it eventually made the safety feature unhook, but it was relatively easy to put them back on. They are a little fiddly (the screw part in particular) but if you are into nipple pain then give these a go.
