Everything about it is amazing.
The collar is quite thick and makes it difficult to look down (which in our case is a plus), the chain is nice and sturdy, the metallic look is outside only and very pleasing to look at/feel, and the inside of the collar is heavily padded for a comfortable wear (including when its tugged).
We both really love it.
