This gag is a good size with a large opening. The metal is great for cleaning and has a good firm feel, meaning there is plenty of resistance for those trying to escape drooling or being used. It can be a bit uncomfortable against the teeth, so not recommended for extended play. Rather, warm up with it, remove and then use it again at the end when things are about to get out of control and might need a bit of a helping hand (or mouth, so to speak). If you’re someone with a smaller mouth or jaw problems you might have some difficulty using it, since you can’t really bite on metal like you would with softer gags, which means you can’t move your jaw and it can get uncomfortable. I’m getting used to it though.
