The only reason I gave this 3 stars was because the bullet that comes with this is very powerful!The product it's self is ridged in the base of the diver but the ring isted isn't strong enough to hold the actual thing in place. Not exactly a practical design for what it's intended for.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
