if you're after an open mouth gag to get used to using a mouth gag this is a good starting point, however the straps actually loop through the ring taking away half of it's width, meaning you can't use it for much else at all. My girlfriend and I ended up using tape to fashion the ring onto the straps without actually looping the straps through, but even then oral play isn't that easy as the ring is on the smaller side
