A one-way valve reduces messy backflow to ensure that you have a pleasant experience. The soft, Easy Grip Bulb holds up to 225 ML of liquid, a perfect amount whether you are cleaning out for health or pleasure! The small tip is smooth, narrow, and tapered for easy insertion. The medium tip is longer, with sideways pointing holes for a deep, thorough cleanse. The largest tip is textured with four bulbs to provide sensation as it slips past your sphincter. All three clean easily with mild soap and water and are compatible with all types of lubricant.

Measurements: Small tip: 3.25 inches in length, .5 inches at widest diameter. Medium tip: 4.75 inches in length, .5 inches at widest diameter. Large tip: 5.25 inches in length, 1 inch at widest diameter. Bulb is 5.5 inches in length and 4 inches in diameter.

The bulb feels very premium, good grip, very big, valve works as it should.

HOWEVER, the nozzles are terrible. They all have sharp seam lines. I only tried the basic nozzle, and it was so uncomfortable I do not even want to try the others. I was quite excited for the ribbed extension, but to use it for douching, the end screws open and I'd be nervous about loosing it inside me! No thank you.

Shopping for a Flexi tip instead. Steering clear of plastic nozzles from here on out!!
