At first glance it looks like just the thing my size queen wife needs. My 7.5 inches plus the extra 4 and increases girth. However because of the soft nature of the materials used to make it feel soft and lifelike the huge extra 4 inches on the tip is just too solid and heavy even before trying to insert into the partner it is hanging off the erect penis and the extension is pointing towards the floor.
