Kegel or pelvic floor exercises can be discreetly achieved by using βHold me Tightβ. Their peach soft body safe silicon outer skin and gentle contoured lines allow them to be eased gently into position using water based lubricants.
Kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic floor muscles that support the uterus, bladder, small intestine and rectum, but also can also help make sex truly sensational and thatβs got to be a big motivation!
Single use is a good starting point and the ideal choice for women who are struggling or dealing with any kind of intimate discomfort, while the dual weighted duo is perfect for a more intense pelvic work out!
