Buyer beware. "Size 14" does not refer to the dress size of the wearer. Rather, it refers to the age at which an average human would outgrow it. I wanted to superise my wearer with a prezzy, and randomly showing up with calipers to measure neck size wasn't possible. So now I have a $120.95 slave collar which is the perfect size for the kids.
