It's a carry case for condoms. Not much to it. I've found that I can hold about three condoms and a lube sachet in it. The build quality is quite good, and at first glance it doesn't appear obvious that it's for condoms. One thing I do wish ATMS did was show all the colours you might receive, because I thought I was going to get the pretty blue one in the picture, and I was quite disappointed when I got a green one. An even better option would be if they allowed you to select which colour you wanted, although I understand how difficult that could be for the packers.
