The My Size brand is great for sizing, allowing you to adjust in small increments to get the right fit.
They have a useful measurement guide as well to provide a size, easy to understand.
If you're near the upper end of the scale for a certain size then I would suggest giving the size up from the recommendation a go, I've found while I technically just fit into the scale for 57mm it's still a bit too small but still give the recommended size a go first.
