Ben Wa balls are an ancient erotic tradition backed up by modern science - when held in the vagina, they strengthen your muscles in the same way as Kegel exercises, allowing for strong orgasms and a tighter feel.
They're also a lot of fun to use, and Adam & Eve's Glass Ben Wall balls feature gorgeous hand-blown designs for an added touch.Slip each ball in and let your pelvic muscles hold it in place. Every movement becomes pleasurable, and the smooth glass stays comfortable; wear them for a few minutes or all day long.
The hypoallergenic glass is easy to sanitize when you're finished, and the detailed flowers are serene and beautiful.Adam & Eve's Glass Ben Wa balls are compatible with all lubricants (we recommend silicone- and water-based lubricants for vaginal toys).
