To use these balls, first lightly cover them in a water-based lubricant and insert into the vagina, leaving the retrieval loop out. To begin with only use the balls for an hour or so. As you get used to them youβll be able to go about your daily routine with them in place.

These are a good if you want to try kegal balls on a budget, but it's important to note that the string cannot be cleaned properly unless you maybe boiled it? So they're not ideal long term.
