There are quite a few options for kegel balls out there but these stood out for a number of reasons - soft silicone material, the sturdy cord, four balls in two weights, the option to go single or double and of course the price.
They're easy to clean and insert - and with fewer visits to the bathroom, the satisfaction rating is more for the results I'm seeing than any pleasant feelings from having them in (although you can occasionally feel the inner weights moving around as you exercise too).
The brave might want to try without the cord altogether, but that's an experience for another reviewer to write about.
Only negative for me is the size as I could've gone smaller but that's a personal choice and not a fault with the product, however it's something first-timers might want to consider.
