I bought this to try in replacement of a gel i had years ago! I like itthe cooling feeling is pleasant and slightly tingly. It leans more on the gentle side which is ideal for sensitive or new users. If you're looking for something with a real kick, this one might not be for you. I do like the packaging though the tube has a tip similar to lip gloss which makes it easy to apply and control how much comes out.
