This bulb does the job really well. The stalk isn't too painful (unlike other enema devices I have tried) and the pressure is great for giving you a good thorough clean. Easy to clean and the stalk is detachable.

and can't get enough of it. Love the feeling of being so clean. Could be a little larger, or am I just greedy ? The tip is a little narrow and sharp, takes a little patience and care to get it inside, and could be potentially damaging if someone were to just jam it in. But used properly, this toy is marvelous and for me is now an essential shower tool.
