Bought these for my wife who is a trans woman and usually fits around a women's size 18
The underwear fit comfortably, are very stretchy so could fit larger and smaller persons
The material is wonderfully soft on the skin which is important for something going up your butt crack
The crotch hole placements were perfect for my wife's penis to be accessed and played with while the elasticity of the fabric allowed the G-string to be pushed to the side for anal access
Absolutely recommend
