Good quality but loose fit.

The quality of the material is good and the width of the bands make them more comfortable than a ring. These are flexible for comfort but only stretch a little which is great since firmness is what we are after. The smallest band (Number 14) is still quite loose for the average man and will not help much. Unless you're on the larger side, probably best to go for the Number 12 or even lower. The largest band (Number 20) seems too loose for any purpose. It fits nicely around my wrist.
