The Fat Boy is extremely comfortable, surprisingly easy to get on and off and stays in place thanks to its closed tip and a thick loop that wraps around the base of the scrotum, which gives a pleasurable tug to a man’s balls during penetration or stroking.

Lady says it feels cold in use. We haven't tried warming it in water, shall do next time, though the material is slightly porous so it may become a sponge...
Man finds the "unnatural" feel and lady's initial trepidation slightly deflating, which can negate the size advantage. Shall persevere.
