Also when extending the rods or winding rods to extend, it's good and easy when extending but when u wind back down the top of the rod the wee spring cap thing unwinds at the same time, pretty much havto start from the start again by putting foam pillow thing around the head, re loop ➰ etc. I still like it and the concept of how it works sort of makes sense. For it's price if it had the things I listed adjusted then I'd say it was worth the money, results wise has not grown much at all or done anything to me size wise lol overall probably wouldn't buy if I knew. 🙂
