This is a second attempt at similar device & this one surpassed that & my expectations.

All the modes are pretty intense and the sucking is pretty cool. The device is more like a sensation machine rather than a masturbator. There's no cleaning instructions and if you cum in it, I can only imagine it'd be a disaster due to how the sucking mechanism works. Works fine with condoms so you can get there but of course it changes the sensation. If you want a slippery wanking experience you can blow your load in, this is not it. If you want a unique and intense vibration massage experience, this IS it. When you clean it water will, and probably need to, get into the handle and sucking mechanism. I can only assume it's a magnetic impeller and so far water hasn't caused any issues but it needs to be dried out really thoroughly. The pump also needs to be cycled a heap to flush out any moisture. Overall, a difficult and unguided experience.
