I love these cuffs with the feel of smooth silicone around my wrists - they fit snug without pinching me. Unfortunately, my partner has small wrists and they are difficult to fit her well. They either pinch her if I do them up tight as they are wrapping back on themselves or she can slip out of them easily if I make them looser. So I think it depends on what you like. Mind you she is a bit of a princess and likes to be comfortable when being bound so this might say more about her than the product. They work perfectly for me.
