The ring that goes around the base of your shaft and balls is not all that easy to get on, but a bit of lube would help make this simpler.
Once on and going, this is a really hot toy to use with a partner as it helps to make them feel fuller and puts pressure on you too.
This probably would not be an everyday toy for me to use because it was a little difficult to get on and get going, but it is definitely worth using every now and then depending on your partner's desires.
