*Usage guide* Okay, here's the deal with douching. It's nice to be able to clean out properly before an anal session. However, forcing too much water into your insides can be dangerous and result in bowel perforations. I would recommend filling this douche with lukewarm water (don't use warm-hot, it'll damage your bowels). Apply some lube to the tip of the nozzle and slide it in. Squeeze the bottle and allow around 1/3 of the liquid in before letting the water back out. You can repeat this 3 times over, but each time before insertion squeeze the air out so that you're only pushing water into yourself, not air. Repeat until you're adequately clean. I'd recommend against using enemas or the full amount of water in this at once. For easier use, try a smaller douche.
