The thrust settings are great, the vibrations too, but be prepared to warm up a lot before shoving it in. This things is rather girthy, and honestly I struggled quite a bit getting her in there, and it was uncomfortable at first. Lots of lube, lots of foreplay necessary. I imagine if you're usually a sexually active person you'd be okay, or even someone whos had kids before, but yeah, just personally struggled. I wouldnt say this is entirely beginner friendly based on size alone.
