Vibrations feel really good especially since you can choose 3 different patterns at 3 different levels of intensity. Only thing is the material felt too soft so wasn't able to get proper pressure on the prostate unless you clenched quite hard it's shape & size might not suit some guys depending on their experience and prostate location.
Regardless though you get a quality product as always with the Aneros brand.
