First of all, the picture on the site shows three rings. This only comes with one, and thats the tall one in the picture.

Dont decide what to buy based on the weight, decide based on height. The tall weight (this one, the 22oz one) is very tall. Unless your testicles hang very low, there is NO way you are getting into this, trust me. The diameter is also narrow, so cramming as much of your scrotum in it and hoping it closes, honestly, is not going to work.

Aside from those warnings, this is a great product. Solid and heavy. Just start with the smallest size first. Thats a separate link on this site, though. Again: this item has only ONE ring, not all three, as pictured.

A really well made product - very smooth and close fitting. Tip putting this on can be difficult without pinching your skin at the sides. My tip: try using a coulpe or more elastic bands put around your scrotum bag to pull the skin in, and then put on the ball weight. You can remove the elastic bands after the weight has been put on.
