This is the second Svakom vibrator I buy, after my first one broke within a year. I thought maybe it was my fault so I've been really careful with the new one. But the exact same thing happened after about 6 months - the clit part just stopped working. It's a shame because that's the one thing I really need to work! Definitely not buying again.

Customer service has been excellent. Sometimes you can get a bargain. I like rewards points but sometimes they expire way too soon; we don't all buy adult products every week. Delivery is typically prompt. When product has been faulty it is relatively easy to resolve with ATMS.
