Got this as a present for a friend, he enjoyed it while it lasted, which was only two nuts unfortunately before it ripped. While he had it he said it was good, but disappointed that it didnt last longer :/

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
