This does the job well. Takes a few sprays for each toy to get really clean so you might find a foaming product a better option.
We have pretty extended sessions and often use a lot of toys and the cleaner is still going after about 30 uses so no complaints there.
Packaging is good and the spray dispenser is easy to use with one hand.
Bathmate make good products, and this is another good example. Would recommend adding this to your hygiene routine.
