These are great quality and super smooth. Great for a beginner. The only comment I would have is that the tips of them are quite pointy and combined with the type of material their made out of they can be a bit difficult to use.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
